Stc tv subscription requires direct payment feature to be enabled even if you are entitled for free subscription on Premium Package as a Mofawtar 4, Mofawtar Max, Mofawtar Prime 4, Mofawtar Prime 5, or Tamayouz customer. No fees will be deducted from you if you enabled the direct payment.
To ensure that your Direct Payment is active please follow these steps:
- Login mystc app with your mobile number
- Then select “More”
- Then “payment management”
- Then choose direct carrier payment
- Activate stc tv option
After that you can activate the subscription by downloading stc tv app on your smart phone and signing in with your mobile number.
