When you click on “Exit Kids” and the Parental Pin is required, you may click on (Forgot Pin Code?), and you will be asked to enter the password for your account in order to be able to reset a new code.
* If you do not know the password for your account, you can click on (Reset Password) option from the same page and follow the steps shown, or contact technical support.
