The username is your landline number or Baity 5G Service number without the country code and with the region code. For example: 112222222 for landline or Baity 5G service number that starts with 83 or 18.
- If you know your landline number/Baity 5G service number but you don't know the login pin code, you may enter the landline number/Baity 5G service number on stc tv Home Device login page and click on "Forgot Pin?". You will receive the 4 digit pin code on the mobile number that is linked to this service number.
- If you don't know your landline number/Baity 5G service number; you may retrieve it along with the pin code from:
- mystc app
- For Landlie: please send SMS from the primary mobile number with the code 2010 to 900
- For Baity 5G: please send SMS from the primary mobile number with the code 2011 to 900
