To upgrade or downgrade from your current subscription plan, please perform the following steps:
- Sign into stctv.com, and from the home page go to the top-right of the screen and select your profile icon to display the menu
- Now go to My Account section and click Change Plan.
- If you are upgrading to a higher plan, your new plan will be activated at the same time and you’ll be charged pro-rated
- If you are opting for downgrade, your new plan will come into effect after the end of your current billing period. You will be charged as per the new plan at the end of the billing period.
