Resetting password on Web "stctv.com"
- On the sign-in screen, enter your login ID (phone or Email), then click "next".
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your phone or Email associated with the account. (For mobile subscribers, please enter your mobile number starting with the country code and without zeros).
- You will receive a PIN Code on your mobile number or email address.
- Enter the PIN Code on the screen to complete verification.
- Set up a new password and click Continue to sign in with the new password.
Resetting password on mobile apps
- On the sign-in screen, enter your login ID (phone or Email), then click "next".
- On the sign-in screen, tap Reset Password.
- You will receive a PIN Code on your email address or mobile number.
- Enter the PIN Code on the mobile app screen and tap Confirm to sign in.
- You will receive an email or SMS notification with the new password. Please keep in mind to use the new password for the subsequent sign-ins or assign your own password by following these steps:
- Tap More on bottom right of the screen
- Now go to My Account
- Tap Change Password
- Enter current password
- Choose a new password and enter it again to confirm
- Tap Save Changes to update the password
